Over the past three days, as part of the ongoing Op Fortitude Human Performance Research Programme, Professor Rob Orr from Bond University's, Tactical Research Unit, delivered the Tactical Conditioning Optimisation (TACOPS) Short Course. The TACOPS was hosted by Dr Jonpaul Nevin, PhD from the Tactical Athlete Performance Centre (TAPC) and was delivered to a select cohort of specialist personnel.
